Do I Need to Replace all of my Windows?
At some point all windows have to be replaced. However, in many homes certain windows fail earlier than others. During the inspection we can look at the overall condition and discuss whether a phased approach makes sense. We have no problem going window by window if that's what works best for you.
How Long Does Installation Take and What's Involved?
Most window replacement projects are completed in one day—sometimes two depending on the size of the home. Preparation is simple - take down blinds and curtains and help make sure furniture is out of the way. We take care of the rest - this includes laying down protection for the home and furniture, interior/exterior cleanup, and haul away of the old windows.
Will Installation Damage the Interior Trim or Walls?
Our Certified Master Installers specialize exclusively in window and door replacement - they are trained and tenured in the field. The install process is designed to minimize disruption to the home while ensuring a proper seal and long-term performance. Quality carpentry and experienced hands take care of the rest.
How do I Know if My Windows Need Replacement?
Common signs include drafts, condensation between panes, residue between panes, difficult opening or closing, or visible deterioration of frames, caulk and seals. Performance issues aren't visible with the naked eye. Do you need extra blankets for the couch by the window? Is there a room you avoid in the summer due to heat from the sun? Are your energy bills higher than they should be? The bottom line is if you feel the outside temps coming in, it's likely there are real issues. During the consultation we'll evaluate condition, check performance through thermal scans, and explain what we're seeing.
