Windows and Doors play a huge role in the comfort, energy efficiency, and style of your home. How does it feel throughout your house? If there are problems, or if you're not sure the answer, it could be time for replacement.
Most homeowners I meet just want clear answers—it's an exciting and important decision. Start with a complimentary inspection and design consultation, no pressure, just honest guidance.

"Hi, I'm Grey,
Senior Design Consultant from
Renewal by Andersen.
For 25 years I've been close to the construction industry and the world of windows and doors. My goal is to help homeowners make smart decisions.
With a background in mechanical engineering, I've personally designed window and door technology, and I've lead innovation programs for major brands across industries. I know what it takes to build quality products, in R&D and on the factory floor.
Having grown up in a family that values trade skills, I also bring hands-on carpentry and construction experience. This gives a good understanding for how homes are built, an eye for craftsmanship, and an appreciation for design & architecture.
I pay close attention to the specs, but when you stand back and look at a job well done, it's the overall look and feel that count.

We understand, finding the right replacement company can be a challenge.
Here are answers to some questions we hear often.
At some point all windows have to be replaced. However, in many homes certain windows fail earlier than others. During the inspection we can look at the overall condition and discuss whether a phased approach makes sense. We have no problem going window by window if that's what works best for you.
Most window replacement projects are completed in one day—sometimes two depending on the size of the home. Preparation is simple - take down blinds and curtains and help make sure furniture is out of the way. We take care of the rest - this includes laying down protection for the home and furniture, interior/exterior cleanup, and haul away of the old windows.
Our Certified Master Installers specialize exclusively in window and door replacement - they are trained and tenured in the field. The install process is designed to minimize disruption to the home while ensuring a proper seal and long-term performance. Quality carpentry and experienced hands take care of the rest.
Common signs include drafts, condensation between panes, residue between panes, difficult opening or closing, or visible deterioration of frames, caulk and seals. Performance issues aren't visible with the naked eye. Do you need extra blankets for the couch by the window? Is there a room you avoid in the summer due to heat from the sun? Are your energy bills higher than they should be? The bottom line is if you feel the outside temps coming in, it's likely there are real issues. During the consultation we'll evaluate condition, check performance through thermal scans, and explain what we're seeing.
Not all windows are the same - in fact there's a wide range in performance and price points. Some solutions focus on lowest cost, others on long term performance. Do you want a maintenance-free material? How important is increasing home value? We'll help find the right fit based on your specific needs.

Every home is different — its age, construction methods, orientation to the sun, and the way the original windows were installed all influence how replacement windows and doors should be designed.
That’s why the first step is always a careful inspection.
During the consultation, we check condition and discuss what matters most to you. From there, we show solutions from Renewal by Andersen; if they fit your specific needs, we'll discuss how to make things affordable based around your budgets.
The goal is to help you make the right investment in your home.
